Nelson Bays Primary Health is seeking motivated, self-starting and innovative people with a passion for well-being and primary health care to join our team.

Youth Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) Counsellor - 0.5FTE

Do you have proven experience and a passion for improving the health of our young people?
Are you a self-motivated person who can strengthen relationships within the health care sector?

NBPH is seeking an experienced and passionate AOD Worker for young people for a 0.5 FTE fixed term position for one year. The role will assist with the care plan for young people who have accessed a Targeted Youth Health Programme.  This programme is available to young people across Nelson and Tasman, who access alternative education facilities. Knowledge of and experience using the HEeADSSS assessment tool would be advantageous.
