A dedicated outpatient service for Maori tangata whaiora, providing a Maori clinical and cultural community/outpatient based assessment, treatment and consultation liaison service within a Kaupapa Maori framework for pakeke/kaumatua/tangata whai ora who have a diagnosed mental illness.  Addiction Intervention Service.  Liaison, consultancy and brokerage - provision of alcohol and drug information and harm reduction strategies.

Offers a wide range of health and community services in social and recreational activities. A registered nurse can assist clients to access with services for health and wellbeing and to provide free health checks.  A general practitioner is available by appointment only as an outreach clinic from 96 Waimea Rd.  A Centre Co-ordinator organises a variety of recreational activities for all age groups, including those with chronic health issues. There are health and social providers offering services to the community including Plunket, Independent Midwives, Respiratory, Diabetes and Work and Income.
