Who are we?

Three members of the nutrition team at Nelson Bays Primary Health are NZ Registered Dietitians. Ruth has a background in midwifery and childbirth education

We are here to help people prevent and manage their long term lifestyle related conditions through practical advice, demonstrations, activities and discussions.
