Nutritional assessment and advice for weight management, type two diabetes, cardiovascular disease and other conditions for all ages. Free service providing advice on prevention and management and help on services available in the community. Stroke Club offers social activities and support for ongoing rehabilitation. Membership fee applies and they meet twice a month.

Available monthly in Golden Bay for individual or group appointments. Primarily works with Maori families. Physical activity programmes and support groups available.
