Provides community palliative care, in own home as well as inpatient hospice care for those with a life-limiting illness. Offer specialised medical personnel, Chaplaincy counselling, Medical Social Worker, and Bereavement Care Co-ordinator, and a large volunteer force involved in most areas of hospice work.
